Karen Bonnell and Anne Lucas
Communication: anything people do to have influence on another person’s experience. Your client will always be responding, in some way, to your words, voice tone and tempo, gestures, posture, breathing, facial expressions, etc. Be exceptional.
Divorce is a radical disruption: Some journeys place the traveler in new circumstances never before encountered. We often find that the client enters a phase of “protest behavior” or they become a pioneer. Our job is to be a confident guide into a future they design.
Anne and Karen will present three of their six-hour PFI from this fall’s IACP Forum. We invite members of KCCL to join our Mentoring Group (up-and-coming coaches and dispute resolution professionals) for this three-hour training with happy hour “OPEN HOUSE” to follow at Lake Washington Dispute Resolution Professionals new offices.
When: Friday, January 10, 2020 from 1 – 4 (cost is $100 per person)
Where: Training held at Rachel Felbeck’s Condo Common Room
109 Second Street South, Kirkland, 98033
