I focus my practice on consensual alternatives to litigation. The Collaborative Law process will support your goal for a dignified and durable agreement. In this and other consensual dispute resolution processes, a successful outcome begins with identifying the interests, needs and goals of everyone involved. Supported communication moves the process forward. Participants remain in control of the process and work together toward a resolution that meets their unique goals.
